Notice

This app is no longer maintained as WhatsApp can now be officially installed as an app on iPad via Safari. This means WhatsApp can also eventually support for native features like push notifications.

Install WhatsApp Web as an app via Safari:

  1. Update to iPadOS 16.4 or later
  2. Go to web.whatsapp.com in Safari. Ensure Request Desktop Site is enabled (it is enabled by default).
  3. Tap the Share button.
  4. Tap “Add to Home Screen”.
  5. Tap “Done”.

Description

WZP for iPad (formerly WhatZapp) allows you to use WhatsApp on your iPad as a web app wrapper, mitigating the lack of iPad support for WhatsApp by Meta.
